Shipping & Returns

UK Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days but those to remote areas of the country may take longer. Please call us if you need a delivery date or if the order is urgent. Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

UK Mainland Carriage Terms

Carriage and packing is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. The most appropriate Royal Mail first or second class services are displayed for you to choose the service you require.

Delivery outside of the UK

We now ship to the following countries outside the UK - Republic of Ireland. Orders under 2Kg will be shipped by Royal Mail and orders over 2kg by courier. Delivery is expected to be between 3 to 7 days. Note we do not ship any items containing dairy products to addresses outside of the UK

Isles of Scilly

Customers are responsible for the onward delivery and charges from the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company.

Returns

When you buy anything from Handyminipacks you are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with any product email us at customerservices@handyminipacks.co.uk to arrange a return. We will email a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and a returns paid postage label will be sent out to you. We do, however reserve the right to raise a restocking and handling charge of 15% for goods totalling more than £100.

When returning goods do ensure that they are unused and in the original packaging because used, damaged or marked items received by us will not will be accepted for a refund.

We will always exchange or refund faulty items.
